How To Make Matcha?

ICED MATCHA LATTE

  • Measure and sift 4g of Midori Matcha into your bowl.
  • Add 50g of hot water (170°F) to the bowl and whisk in a “W” motion until a light layer of foam appears
  • Use a 16oz cup and fill it with ice.
  • Add 180g of your choice of milk
  • Pour your whisked Midori Matcha over the milk.
  • Enjoy.

Optional: Add your favorite Syrup for extra sweetness.

 


HOT MATCHA LATTE WITH AGAVE

 

  • Measure and sift 4g of Midori Matcha into your bowl.
  • Add 100g of hot water (170°F) and whisk in a gentle “W” motion until a light layer of foam forms on top.
  • Warm 200g of your milk of choice.
  • Add 30gr of Agave to your choice of milk.
  • Pour the warm milk with agave into a 12 oz mug.
  • Gently pour your whisked Midori Matcha over the milk.
  • Stir if desired and enjoy.
