Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During high-volume periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time & Cost
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Most orders within the United States arrive within 3–7 business days.

All shipping costs for domestic (US) orders are reflected at checkout.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Midori Matcha is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
f your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at  info@midorimatchaus.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
